Mr. Cimino called the meeting to order at 6:03 pm.

Jag Bulletin- Mr. Cimino circulated the ≥Jag Bulletin,≤ an internal calendar /communication for staff. Follow-up: Calendar to be published on the school website.

2007-08 Staff/Schedule Changes- Mr. Cimino discussed the decrease in students expected for next year and the subsequent staffing ramifications. Because of the lower numbers, 2 current JMS teachers will be cut and a part-time (.4) teacher will be re-hired.

Budget Advisory Committee- Dan Swanson gave an overview of the BAG committee.

District Strategic Planning Committee- Mariel Plager-Brockway gave an overview of the Strategic Planning Committee. The committee has met and developed a list of priorities.

Fundraising Efforts: Committee members have agreed to invite a JSSO representative and Michael Havens, Dean of Students, to the May meeting to discuss fund raising efforts.
