Jefferson Middle School

To meet the Newbery Challenge:

• Read 60 Newbery Medal or Newbery Honor books during the time you are a student at Jefferson.
• Pass the ReadnQuiz test at 60% or better for each of these books.
• Keep track of the books you read and your scores.  You may choose to use the online form . 

Winners will:

• Have their names listed on the Newbery Challenge plaque.  It is hanging in the Jefferson Library.
• Earn a personal Newbery trophy inscribed with their name
• Be recognized at a school award assembly or on the morning announcements.

• A list of Newbery books and Newbery ebooks in the Jefferson Library.
• How to checkout an ebook from the Jefferson Library.
• How to place a hold for a book in the Jefferson Library.
• Check out a Newbery ebook from the Timberland Library using the Sora link on the OSD Portal.
